Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Marinated in garlic and herbs, roasted to perfection, with a Grand Manier cream sauce. Served with linguini herb butter.
Veal Marsala
Veal cutlets pounded out and sautéed in garlic and mushrooms. Flambéed with Marsala and finished with whole butter. Served with mixed vegetables.
Gravlox
Gravlox is a Scandinavian name for salt-cured salmon, which is not cooked. It's a popular item in Scandinavian Cuisine. Some are made with vodka.
Rosemary Crusted Lamb Loin
Fresh Rosemary, minced garlic, spinach, maple syrup, brown sugar and ground toasted hazelnuts are mixed with Virgin Olive Oil and encrusted onto a Lamb Loin. The loin is tied and roasted, salivating in its own juices. Served with Crispy onion straws.
Braised Lamb Shanks
Seared in hot oil and slow braised in a Marsala, Stewed tomato, Demi sauce. Served with Piped roasted garlic / sweet mashed potatoes.
Lamb and Vegetable Kabobs
12” brochettes with chunks of lamb, tomatoes, portabello mushrooms, tomato wedges, roasted red onions and bell peppers. Roasted over an open fire grill.
Crab Cakes
Fresh Blue Crab picked and minced, seasoned with onions, garlic, cayenne pepper and old bay seasoning. Formed with bread crumbs making these infamous. Served with a lemon Aioli.
Lamb Chops
Aussi lamb grilled to perfection and finished with a sprig of rosemary. Served with a marchandivin sauce and roasted garlic mash potatoes.

Beef Stroganoff
Prime tenderloins of beef cut into strips braised in a creamy tomato demi glaze. Served over white rice or fettuccini pasta
Chicken Cacciatore
Sautéed in garlic infused oil, baked with onions, mushrooms, red peppers and black olives in pomadora sauce. Served with fresh vegetables.
Eggplant Romano/Parmesan
Baked until golden, layered with mozzarella cheese and homemade marinara. Served with a vegetable medley or rice pilaf.
Mission Enchilada Pie
Layered with ground beef, cheddar cheese and olives and onions. Topped with Missions own enchilada sauce. This zesty dish is a nice addition to Missions recipe collection. Served with Spanish rice and beans.
Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed with seasoned ground beef, rice and cheese and baked golden. Served with green beans almondine.
Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan
Fried in garlic infused oil. Baked with pomadora sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with scallop potatoes.
Grandma Usters Meatloaf
Half beef and half pork mixed with bell peppers, onions, and demi glaze. Topped with a Dijon, tomato sherry sauce. Baked and sliced. Great for sandwiches the next day. Served with roasted garlic mash potatoes.
