IMPORTANT NOTICE:
THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU, YOUR GUESTS AND AROMAS.

 THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS SUBSTANTIAL PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION, AS WELL AS CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS CONCERNING OUR LIABILITY FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS DEATH, ILLNESS OR INJURY, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS CONCERNING DAMAGE / THEFT CLAIMS RELATING TO PERSONAL PROPERTY.

PLEASE READ ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCEPTING THIS CONTRACT, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT AND TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH FOLLOW, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY THOSE REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS TO SUE.

THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
    When Aromas receive a written notice of cancellation from you addressed to Aromas at our principal offices (Aromas “cancellations”),
    Po box 2680 Santa Rosa, Ca. 95405-0680
    Both parties agree to the following provisions.

     
    1. In the event of cancellations actually received by Aromas one hundred twenty (120) days or more prior to event date, a refund of all amount minus a bank charge of $ 150.00 dollars paid to Aromas will be made.
    2. In the event of cancellations actually received by Aromas on or between ninety (90) days and sixty (60) days prior to event date, a refund of all amounts already paid to Aromas will be made, less a cancellation charge equal to the deposit amount of US $150.00. Thus any and all bank processing fees.
    3. In the event of cancellations actually received by Aromas on or between thirty (30) days and fifty-nine (59) days prior to event date, a refund of all amounts already paid to Aromas will be made, less a cancellation charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the applicable food cost, and less any prepaid charges, Optional Facilities and Services Fees incurred. Thus any and all bank processing fees. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance deposit payment, you agree to be liable to Aromas for the difference.
    4. In the event of cancellations actually received by Aromas on or between fifteen (15) days and twenty-nine (29) days prior to event date, a refund of all amounts already paid to Aromas will be made, less a cancellation charge equal to seventy-five (75%) of the Food cost, and less any prepaid charges, Optional Facilities and Services Fees incurred. Thus any and all bank processing fees. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment, you agree to be liable to Aromas for the difference.
    1. In the event of cancellations actually received by Aromas on or between the event date and fourteen (14) days prior to event date, a cancellation charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable food cost will be imposed. In addition, any prepaid charges, Optional Facilities and Services Fees incurred will not be refunded. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment, you agree to be liable to Aromas for the difference.
    2. In the event that no notice is given or cancellation is not received by Aromas (“no-show”) prior to event date, no refund of the entire contract will be made and a cancellation charge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable service charge will be imposed. In addition, any prepaid charges, Optional Facilities and Services Fees incurred will not be refunded. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment, you agree to be liable to Aromas for the difference.
    3. All appropriate refunds may be made either to you or to the card holder, if you are so represented, in the same form as received.
    4. Cancellation charges are imposed regardless of rebooking the date with another event. As noted above, all refunds of the applicable food cost and prepaid charges will be made less cancellation charges, together with prepaid charges, Optional Facilities and Service Fees incurred, which may include prepaid hotel, airline, ground-related expenses and administrative fees, among others.
    5. Changes to a contract after deposit may result in assessment of administrative fees and service charges beyond the control of Aromas. Administrative fees and service charges will vary and are based on the type of change to your event. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of these changes. Food changes, including Hot & cold entrée changes may also be considered cancellations and applicable fees will be assessed. Any changes to a reservation that result in imposition of airline or other cancellation fees are the responsibility of the Guest. No refund will be made for unused or partially used portions of the food. Except as specifically outlined in this Contract.
    6. Cancellation & Refunds - Aromas Personal Chef Sevices
      A full refund of payments received will be made when Aromas receives notice of cancellation at least 150 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellation notices must be received by Aromas in writing. Clients who cancel within 150 days of event are subject to the following cancellation fees:
      1. 150 - 120 Days Prior: Deposit Amount
      2. 119 - 90 Days Prior: 50% of food cost
      3. 89 - 60 Days Prior: 75% of food cost
      4. 59 Days Prior: 100% of food cost
      5. A 100% cancellation penalty will be imposed for non-appearance or the absence of written notice. The total contract price is defined as the cost of any event element purchased from Aromas.

Customer warranties

You warrant that you and all other Guests coming to reception are your sole responsibility. In no way will Aromas except responsibility for guests whom has allergic reactions to food. Nor will take responsibility for anyone whom has been drinking. All persons drinking alcohol shall be the required minimum age of 21. You and your guests conduct will not impair the safety of Aromas staff. To insure quality service and a successful event, the client must commit to all meetings and location / site development in a timely manner. You must adhere to all policies and procedures of Aromas.

1. Client shall commit to a completed menu to Aromas no later than (60) sixty days prior to the day of the scheduled event.

2. Save the date deposit in the amount of $150.00 One hundred fifty dollars. Shall be made at time of booking.

3. Client shall pay food deposit to Aromas no later than (60) sixty days prior to the day of the scheduled event.

4. Client shall completely pay off Aromas no later than (14) fourteen days prior to the day of the scheduled event.

5. Client shall agree to be responsible for all fees guaranteeing Aromas access to any and all parking, and facilities areas.
